Scope of these terms

These terms apply whenever you use our website, engage our content creation services, or purchase digital assets, whether on a project basis or under ongoing agreements. They are supplemental to any bespoke contract we agree in writing.

What is covered
  • Content strategy, social media creative, video production and related deliverables.
  • Delivery formats, revisions, licensing and transfer of content rights as expressly agreed.
  • Fees, payment terms and cancellation policies described in your quote or contract.
Exclusions
  • Third-party platform policies (e.g., social networks) and costs (ads spend) are governed by those platforms.
  • Services not set out in a signed statement of work are out of scope.

Consumer rights & refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees and remedies for major faults. Below is how we handle common scenarios.

Refunds for digital content are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a deliverable has a major failure to comply with the agreement we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL.

Revision rounds are specified in your quote. Disputes should be raised promptly; we will attempt good-faith remediation before escalation.

Cancellation terms are set in contracts. Fees for work performed and non-recoverable costs may apply.
Consumer rights

We respect statutory consumer guarantees under Australian law.

Delivery of digital services

Digital assets (videos, graphics, templates) will be delivered in agreed formats. Delivery timelines are estimates; performance depends on timely client feedback and approvals.

  • Ownership and licence: Unless otherwise agreed, Sparkbenefit grants a licence to use final deliverables once full payment is received. Source files remain our property unless assigned in writing.
  • Backups: Clients should retain copies of delivered assets; we keep archives per our retention policy but recommend independent backups.
